Coaching experience since 1997

  • Developer of National-Team Athletes
  • Developer of World Champions
  • International-Level Épée Specialist

Zhanna Bikkina is an internationally experienced épée coach with nearly three decades of coaching experience and a proven record of developing athletes from their first competitive steps to national teams, World Championships, and international podiums.

Under her guidance, six athletes have earned national-team selections across Cadet, Junior, and Senior levels, many of them across multiple competitive cycles.

Among the athletes developed under Zhanna’s coaching are Ella Minnullina, the top-ranked European cadet of the 2018–2019 season and European Championships team silver medalist, and Leehi Machulsky, FIE Junior World No. 1 in 2023–2024, Junior World Champion in the team event, and World Championships bronze medalist in both individual and team competition.

Zhanna’s coaching system is built around long-term athlete development. She emphasizes strong technical fundamentals, distance and timing, tactical intelligence, competition-specific preparation, and effective decision-making under pressure.

Each athlete follows a structured development path based on individual goals, competitive level, and long-term potential. Video analysis, scenario training, tournament planning, physical preparation, and recovery are integrated into the process.

Her mission is to give every athlete a real pathway from the first lesson to national-team selection and the world podium.
